Shaping Character Beyond the Classroom.
At Wellington College International Lagos, students are encouraged to take an active part in College life through leadership, service and collaboration. Whether leading a committee, organising an event, supporting a charitable initiative or representing their peers, they learn that being part of a community comes with both opportunities and responsibilities.
Through these experiences, students develop confidence, learn to work with others and discover how they can make a positive contribution to the world around them.
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
Wellington College International Lagos offers the Duke of Edinburgh's Bronze and Silver Awards. Through volunteering, physical activity, skill development and expeditions, students develop resilience, independence and teamwork while gaining the confidence to embrace new experiences and challenges.

Experiential Learning
Learning does not begin and end in the classroom. Educational visits, residential trips, expeditions and service opportunities help students deepen their understanding of the subjects they study while developing independence and perspective.
As students progress through the College, these experiences become increasingly ambitious, encouraging them to explore new environments, take on new challenges and engage thoughtfully with the wider world.
